In general, used equipment loses value progressively in the first years and then stabilizes: the newer and better maintained it is, the closer the price gets to that of new equipment. On Dentlink every listing shows the year, condition and asking price set by the seller, so you can compare options before reaching out.
Publishing a listing is free. The commission applies only when a sale is completed, calculated on a progressive scale based on the approved price, with a € 200 minimum. Full details are in the Contractual Terms.
The marketplace focuses on high-end imaging and digital workflow equipment — CBCT, intraoral IOS scanners, CAD/CAM systems and panoramic radiology — from leading manufacturers, including Carestream Dental, Dentsply Sirona, Planmeca and Cefla.
Every listing is verified before publication and includes real photos, brand, model, year and condition as declared by the seller. You can contact the seller directly to ask specific questions (hours of use, maintenance, reason for selling) before proceeding.
Review takes 24 hours on average. Once approved, the listing stays visible in the marketplace until you update or suspend it, or the equipment is marked as sold.

This contract is entered into between SAN GIUSEPPE SRL (hereinafter "DentLink" or the "Platform"), owner and operator of the DentLink digital platform, and the Seller, i.e. any natural or legal person publishing a sales listing through the Platform.
DentLink is an intermediary platform for buying and selling used dental equipment. The service consists of putting Sellers and potential Buyers in contact. DentLink is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for the actual condition, functionality or regulatory compliance of the listed equipment. Contractual liability for the sale rests exclusively with the Seller.
The Seller guarantees that all information provided in the listing — including, by way of example, brand, model, year of manufacture, condition, price and description — is truthful, accurate and not misleading. The Seller is solely responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions and holds DentLink harmless from any claim brought by third parties in relation to the content of the listing.
The Seller declares to be the rightful owner of the equipment covered by the listing, or to hold proper authorization or power of attorney to sell it. Otherwise, the Seller assumes full civil and criminal liability arising from publishing the listing.
The Seller guarantees to hold the rights to the photographs and any other material uploaded to the Platform, and that such material does not infringe third-party rights. Publishing misleading images or images unrelated to the equipment for sale is prohibited.
Upon completion of the sale — including cases of barter, exchange or transfer without monetary consideration — the Seller undertakes to pay SAN GIUSEPPE SRL a commission (success fee) calculated on the price approved by DentLink at the time the listing was published, regardless of the actual negotiated price or any subsequent price changes. Any price increase compared to the approved price is subject to new approval by DentLink; in that case the commission will be calculated on the newly approved price. Price reductions do not change the commission's calculation base, according to the following progressive scale (excluding VAT):
A minimum commission of €200 applies in all cases: if the amount calculated according to the progressive scale is lower than this threshold, the minimum commission will be due.
Examples: for a listing at €1,500 the commission is €200 (applicable minimum, instead of 10% which would be €150); for a listing at €6,000 the commission is €550 (€500 on the first bracket + €50 on the second); for a listing at €10,000 the commission is €750 (€500 + €250).
Payment must be made within 15 calendar days of the sale's completion, by bank transfer to the following IBAN:

The payment reference must state: "Success fee DentLink — listing [listing title/ID]".
The Seller undertakes to notify DentLink of the sale's completion within 5 business days, by email to info@dentlink.it, stating the date, the counterparty and the agreed price.
The success fee referred to in article 6 is due to SAN GIUSEPPE SRL in any case where the sale is concluded between parties whose first contact took place, directly or indirectly, through the DentLink Platform — regardless of whether the subsequent negotiation took place outside the Platform itself.
The Seller and the Buyer acknowledge that the mere fact of having been put in contact through DentLink is sufficient grounds for the commission obligation to arise. Any direct agreement between the parties aimed at avoiding payment of the commission is void as against SAN GIUSEPPE SRL, which reserves the right to take legal action to recover the amounts due, including damages and legal costs.
The Seller undertakes to provide the tax data required under DAC7 regulations (EU Directive 2021/514) — tax code, date and place of birth, country of tax residence and IBAN — by December 31 of the calendar year in which the listing was published. If the data is not provided within this deadline, DentLink reserves the right to suspend or remove the listing.
The Seller may not withdraw the listing independently. Any withdrawal request must be communicated to DentLink and approved by it. DentLink reserves the right to evaluate each request taking into account the status of ongoing negotiations.
In case of failure to pay the success fee within the terms set out in article 6, DentLink reserves the right to charge the Seller a flat-rate penalty as reimbursement for recovery costs equal to [AMOUNT — TO BE PROVIDED] €, plus late-payment interest calculated pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2002. DentLink may also pursue debt recovery through the competent authorities.
DentLink provides no warranty regarding the actual successful outcome of the sale, nor is it liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform or from the completion (or non-completion) of a transaction. The Platform is limited to providing a meeting space between supply and demand.
For any dispute relating to this contract, the parties elect the Court of Turin as the exclusively competent court.
By checking the box and submitting the listing, the Seller declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Contractual Terms.
